Title: pressure switch location

Pressure switch is on the pump, is this the correct location. If not were does it have to be placed.

Stop valve is placed before tank and any outlet

The pressure switch needs to sense pressure after the CSV.  So with a jet pump you can either extend the tube from the pressure switch that is mounted on the side of the motor to the CSV or after.  Or you can use an additional pressure switch mounted on the CSV or tank, and just wire around the existing pressure switch on the side of the motor.
