got my CSV installed along with my 18-12 GPM zones/77 heads sprinkler system.
I run sprinklers for 4.5 hours each night. first month (Aug) they ran for 15 days.
they ran for 30 days the month of Sep. and the bill was $46 less than the month before.
they ran for 30 days the month of Oct. and the bill was $4 less than the month before.
they ran for 30 days the month of Nov. and the bill was $29 less than the month before.
anyone able to explain these numbers to me?

Well eliminating a lot of cycling can decrease the electric bill, but I would not have thought it by that much. Have you had a change in electric rates? And do they really come read the meter every month and not just average and guess?

no change in rate, satellite reading.
the bill only started coming down after I installed the CSV. it was in conjunction with the sprinkler system.
I had a...$46 less...bill in Sept. and only ran the sprinklers 15 days the month before... 8)
