I am working at a school in Maine and we have a SymCom Motor Saver model 520C (P/N 25A-135-UOO) https://files.clrwtr.com/userfiles/ct/documents/littelfuse/symcom-520cp-current-monitors.pdf (https://files.clrwtr.com/userfiles/ct/documents/littelfuse/symcom-520cp-current-monitors.pdf) that will not run. We have checked the power source, that appears to be in working order it's just that the reset button only activates the unit briefly and shuts off. It does this 3 or 4 times a push. A storm blew through here a couple of nights ago perhaps compromising the unit. The vendor is saying that SymCom 520C model is obsolete & to use LSR Series instead. https://files.clrwtr.com/userfiles/ct/documents/littelfuse/symcom-lsr-24-load-sensors.pdf (https://files.clrwtr.com/userfiles/ct/documents/littelfuse/symcom-lsr-24-load-sensors.pdf) I'm trying to validate vendor's recommendation here. If you have any other product suggestions, please guide me in that direction.

We have not redesigned our Cycle Sensors in many years. We believe the old style electronics are more robust and more reliable than the new Integrated Circuits. For 2HP and smaller pumps I recommend the Cycle Sensor model CS1PH1-2HP.
See it here.
