Title: Which CSV is recommended for my setup?
Post by: twgclari on August 09, 2013, 12:24:16 PM
I have a 16 year old submersible pump. 1.5hp, 20GPM currently at 140ft in a well that is drilled down to 160 ft and the water table line at 110 feet.

The existing pressure tank is a flexcon challenger 119gallon with a 40-60psi control valve.

Given the age of the existing pump, in the future we might change to a 25gpm 2hp pump.

Would it be better to purchase the CSV1A or the CSV2W? Thanks!

Tom

The CSV1A will work fine on either of those pumps.
