Thinking about a new build......I need the following: 1) 12 gpm max for geo 2) 60psi for house 3) 40psi 12gpm for lawn zones. I like your 2 pump idea and since my well is shallow (50ft, static water at 20 feet) I might be able to get creative and use a small well pump and a 2nd jet pump for increased pressure for house and lawn? Any diagrams or suggestions would be appreciated.
FYI, I also thought perhaps I could 'tap' into my discharge line(s) to re-purpose some of that water? I had it tested and it's virgin quality!

The thread at the following link shows a diagram and gives an explanation of the two pump system, as well as using water from the discharge of the heat pump.

I was not sure how to use the discharge for both house and irrigation.........any thoughts?

You just tee off to the house after the heat ex-changer coil instead of before it. The trick is having a pressure sustain type valve after the electric valve on the heat pump discharge. This way when the heat pump is discharging it holds back 40-50 psi to the house instead of dumping it all. I have not found too many options for this pressure sustain valve. The one I use is a Cla-Val model CRL or 55F. These are not cheap, but they work good and last a long time. Cla-Val makes municipal grade stuff, so it is well built.
