Title: Well tank
Post by: Magnum2021 on May 17, 2022, 11:43:37 AM
I'm fixing to replace my well tank with a CS valve. Anything I need to add to the design besides what comes in the box? Check valves or anything? Thanks!

The pump and a check valve are the only things not included with the PK1A.  There needs to be a check valve on the discharge of submersible pumps and the suction side of a jet pump.

Ok thanks. I thought I should leave the check valve there.

Here is my new set up. Only issue I have is that the well is cycling when something is on that doesn't require a lot of gpm. Not sure if this a 'setting' problem or not.

What are you running for any length of time that doesn't use at least 1 gpm?

So after I posted, I adjusted the csv and it wasn't cycling anymore. It would cycle on just running a faucet or shower.
