Valve Tech / Help choosing your valve

I have a well tha pumps uphill to storage tanks about 150 feet elevation. Current goulds well pump is set at 60/80 psi.
I am not concerned about instant volume that it pumps as I jave 7500 total storage. Water is gravity fed to my basement about 50 feet below the tanks.
Since I am simply filling my tanks as necessary, what valve setup do you recommend as it cycles constantly when it needs to fill the tanks.
