Pumps, Wells, Tanks, Controls / Swamp cooler being used. Do I need additional or larger pressure tank?

I bought a CSV1A system with the 4.5 gallon pressure tank and need advice before installing it. We use a swamp cooler, and frequently water is left on somewhere at a low flow. Do I need an additional or larger pressure tank? I wish to reduce cycling as much as possible. Thanks for your help.
