pressure switch on pump

myu pressure switch is located on pump.  the csv is to be located between pump and switch.  how do i install valve with this set up?

You will need to either physically move the pressure switch and plug that port or just move the pressure switch sensor downstream of the CSV.

Probably all you need to do is increase the pressure setting of the pressure switch.  Tighten down on the large adjusment screw in the pressure switch.  One round will give you about 3 PSI more.  Be careful as that switch has 240 volts.  Either turn off the power or use a good insulated 3/8 nut driver.

When the setting of a pressure switch is already messed up, I would reset it this way.  Loosen the small adjustment screw all the way out or counter clockwise, until the spring is loose.  Tighten the large adjustment screw all the way down or clockwise, until the rings in the spring are almost touching.  Turn on the pump and allow the pressure to build to 60 or wherever you want the pump to shut off.  Then loosen the big adjustment screw until the pump shuts off.  This should get you fairly close.  Call me if you need help.
