Easy to install and set up
« on: February 15, 2017, 05:49:20 PM »
This was a breeze to install. Between sharkbite couplings and the straight-forwardness of CSV1A I got it installed in under 10 minutes, and most of that time was spent on draining the water out of the pipes before installation!

I'm curious about which scenario would be better with drip irrigation:

 - Run one zone at a time, switching between zones every T minutes; this would mean that the pump runs most of the day providing relatively low gpm.
 - Run multiple zones at once, the pump produces higher gpm but works for fewer hours in the day.

With a CSV it won't hurt anything to run a single 1 GPM drip line at a time if needed.  However, it is always more efficient to run as much as you can at one time, and not let the pump run any longer than necessary.
