Yes out of the well. Yea I totally forgot to add the CSV lol. So the reason I said check valve is because I've seen some pics on this site showing some people had cv between the union and the CSV. Ok so no check valve, hose bib AFTER cut-off, and pressure switch/gauge right at tank. Got it!

Yeah, a lot of people put a check valve there.  It usually works ok at the beginning.  The question is not if but when it will start causing one of many problems.  We show one as there needs to be a check valve in the system.  But it can only be close to the CSV when using a jet pump that is above ground.
