Hey everyone, my wife and I have been talking lately and we are wanting to get a Victorian Well put on our property this spring near her garden beds. From some radio detection that we had done when we first moved here, there seems to be an artisan spring near the area so we are wanting to tap into that spring and get that pumped up to the well that we will put in. I am not very experienced in this field so we will be getting a Well Pump installer to come out and do everything this spring, but I wanted to get a list of what we will need to buy so that we can have a rough budget now.
I have been looking at some working victorian wells online and they seem to be fairly reasonable; it is the other half of the project I am trying to figure out. From what I can recall the water is at around 40m deep, what kind of pumps would you all recommend that I would look at for this type of project? I don't need an exact model more just a direction to look into and a rough price range. I am thinking the well will be able to go straight up but I don't know if that will be the easiest route as there would be no slope. Any ideas about what to look at or something to read about this would be great like I said I am a bit out of my depths here haha.
