well the filter after the pump had no apparent affect on the pressure.  it still struggles to  reach 55 psi.  it reaches 50 kinda without a problem but it struggles anything over that.  i even moved the pump a little lower and closer to the well.
i watched your video and noticed your needle didnt jump more smooth and steady, mines kinda jumps/twitches whille building up pressur  is this a sign of something?

If the water in the well is 10-15' down, a jet pump with a max pressure of 60 PSI will have a hard time getting to 55 PSI.  Like I said a 30/50 switch with a CSV setting of 40-45 is about all that pump can handle.
