Rusty water application

We have very rusty water in my area (about 4ppm).  Will the CSV1 work ok in this water condition?

Rust will make a CSV1 start leaking.  You would be better off using a CSV1Z.  They can handle a lot of stuff.

I am planning on replacing a burst bladder tank with a smaller (19 gallon) and a CSV1Z.  I currently have a 1/2 hp red jacket pump set at 80 ft.  Do I need any other components?

As long as the pump has a check valve, and the pressure tank has a pressure switch, you are good to go.  Let us know what you think about it.

How about a flow inducing sleeve? 
I just saw on the install instruction that for a submersible pump a flow induction sleeve is recommended.
I have a 1/2 hp red jacket pump.

A flow inducer is not that important on a 1/2 HP pump.  However, I always like to have one if it will fit.
