Help?
« on: May 03, 2016, 08:21:52 PM »
I installed the pside-kick pk1A CSV1A on my well at barn and adjusted it to 50 psi while flowing water in said barn. All worked
Out great holds right at 50psi. I go to my house that's on same well approximately 400 ft away fed with 2 inch pvc line and turn on shower and the pump starts cycling on and off. Go back to barn and try adjusting csv with house water running but with the valve backed all the way off the pressure keeps building until it cycles. Any suggestions on what my problem could be?

Sounds like the line to the house is teed off before the Pside-Kick.

Yes. After I had posted this i realized that. Now I just have to figure out if I want to move the csv out side and build Shelter around it or trench a line. Thanks for the response.

We also make the CSV125 to fit in the well for systems that tee off before the pressure tank/switch.

What did you end up doing in the end?

This thread is over a year old.  Rescue8okc may not even be listening anymore.  Either way the CSV has to be installed prior to any water lines that tee off, or the CSV can do nothing to help.
