Yes out of the well. Yea I totally forgot to add the CSV lol. So the reason I said check valve is because I've seen some pics on this site showing some people had cv between the union and the CSV. Ok so no check valve, hose bib AFTER cut-off, and pressure switch/gauge right at tank. Got it!

Ok tell me if this is right please. Out of well with 1 1/4", next a union, next check valve, next 1 1/4 Tee, then a cut-off going same direction. Then from Tee, pressure relief valve, next gonna put a hose bib(??), next pressure gauge/pressure switch, and finally the tank. Any suggestions/corrections on the order of or if needed much appreciated! Thanks!!

So I want to know if it would be ok for me to just return the csv and the tank and keep all the other hardware? I'm gonna need it to plumb in my setup. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Ok I am going to order the one you posted and hopefully send back the one I purchased if that's ok. If so, what kind of instructions do I need to follow for sending back? Also will a 36 gallon bladder tank work?

Ok, well I need the full gpm and the well guy said around 30 gpm. So whichever one you think I need. I  can get a tank.

New well with a 3 hp submersible. Should get around 30 gpm. Will a PK1A run this set-up? I had already purchased the csv for another application so I was going to try to use it here. Thanks!

Got a PK1A Pside-Kick with 4.5 gallon tank, vertical mount and have started noticing air in the water and I'm wondering if it's possible for the csv to be doing it? Thanks!

So after I posted, I adjusted the csv and it wasn't cycling anymore. It would cycle on just running a faucet or shower.

Here is my new set up. Only issue I have is that the well is cycling when something is on that doesn't require a lot of gpm. Not sure if this a 'setting' problem or not.
