Soapy water is producing bubbles on the valve stem of the tank.  I'll see about a valve wrench I guess

I don't have another pressure tank anywhere.
What's happening is, the pressure tank is losing the air pressure I'm pumping into it in a matter of hours.  This makes the whole system very pressure sensitive and unstable.  (I got the pressure tank new along with the csv valve). It's a PK1A PSIDE-KICK Pressure Tank Kit - 10 gallon.
I need help with this. Thanks

Valve Tech / Pressure rises too much after pump shutoff

Hi,

Things seem to be working fine with my new CSV which is set for about 60 pounds of constant pressure.  The pump is cutting in at about 45 pounds and out at 70.  But after the pump cuts out, the pressure gauge gradually rises to 85-87 pounds which I'm afraid is too high.  Any ideas?  Once water is turned on, it comes down quickly and works normally.
