replacing CSV125 50-1

can I replace it with a...CSV125 60-1?

I would like to add...
the CSV125 50-1 has worked great...

Yes as long as your pump can easily build to 70 for shut off.  Need to turn up the pressure switch to 50/70 to use the 60 PSI valve.

my  CSV125 50-1 has a head pressure of 155 PSI, is this the pump pressure you are talking about?

Yep!  The CSV125 is made to work with about 150 PSI max back pressure.  155 is gonna work fine.
