Cycle Sensor question

I just installed a cycle stop valve along with a cycle sensor. I think I got everything installed right. My questions is this: is it normal for the cycle sensor to show .05 after the pressure tank is full and the pressure switch turns the pump off?

Yes. it is still picking up a little stray voltage off the line. That number will change a little some times but it perfectly normal.
